In order to ensure the highest possible standards are set and maintained, the procedures established shall be practiced by all personnel at every level in the Company structure in accordance with ISO 9001:2008 Quality System.
Audits of the business, its practices and activities are conducted in accordance with ISO 9001:2008. In addition, regular audits are carried out by the group internal audit team as part of the standard operating procedures. It is in this way that Dunasfern measures its performance on a continuous basis to ensure that standards and Customer Service is maintained at the highest level.
